Have the resident ask to see the residential social worker. Sorry, that's all I can offer.

Otherwise, you'll have to give more information, as Wally has asked. The people here who might be able to assist you will definitely need to know the problem first.

Because the attorney can hide more assets legally & nursing home wants all the assets! Duh! Get attorney on your own & then they will communicate w nursing home.
