You should be talking to the doctor. Look it up on Wikipedia. Pancreatic cancer is not good, though of course there are always unexpected results that are better than average. You and your great grandmother should be preparing immediately for the worst, while hoping for the best. Have courage!

You need to ask the doctor what stage the cancer is at, and what the prognosis is. Pancreatic cancer is generally found very late. PLEASE talk to the oncologist.

My grandma has a special spine to where she couldn’t get a mri so they don’t know what stage but she has only had it for 2 months and it’s barely spread today is her stent they say it’s a bit risky but if it goes well her pain will be gone

Stent meaning Chemo or just for pain meds. I would think twice about Chemo on a 90 year old. Pancreatic cancer is hard to cure. Chemo is hard on the heart and can cause other problems well after the cure. It maybe time to just make GMa comfortable.
