I've tried several good ones, but they all leak. Thanks!

I got my Mother Depends Overnight pull ups and got an overnight pad to put inside. She doesn’t need them anymore but the assisted living facility insists on putting them on every night anyways, just in case

Seems that the protective backing on the overnight pad would prevent urine from getting to the pull-up?  May give it a try.  Thank you Grandma.

Sams club brand.

My dad is 275# guy and not one accident, unless he tried to give the dr a urine sample. Ugh!

Doesn't it always seem like baby diapers hold more? I sometimes wonder about slipping a cut apart baby diaper inside an adult, but that would be major bulky. Seems I see babies running around looking like they are carry a bucket full in that gel stuff, and it doesn't leak. Perhaps deceptive as adults must put out more than babies. Will be following to see if someone has the answer.

A quick google search found some people ARE using baby diapers as 'booster' pads!

I was told by the Continence Nurse to firstly to check the fit. Need a nice close fit.

Many men are used to loose boxers and may wear the pullups in a looser hanging down sort of way if you know what I mean (= leaks down leg).

My female relative was flooding her pullups = leaking. Now trialling a 'booster' pad inside for longer outings.

Nurse said buy the most absorbant pullup you can. The wrap around style hold more but are not self-managed so need assistance (& loss of independance). The boosters add bulk but at least can be managed without a full change of clothes.

Nightime: a continence draw sheet on bed is needed as well.

I just recently got a package of Women's protective pads ultimate absorbency by CVS. I love them. We put my mother on the commode every two hours during the day, but she was still wetting through her depends. I place the insert pads inside the depends and it works great. She started on Lasix about a month ago, and was wetting through her double depends. I am happy I finally found a solution. I would give it a try.

Thank you earlybird.  I've tried Depends too and love the way they fit her.  Unfortunately, they aren't very absorbent.  She soaks through them virtually every time she wears them.  I'll look for the protective pads.

Wearever Maximum Absorbency panties, they will hold up to 20 oz of liquid. They are not cheap, I wait until they go on sale. They last 250 washings, do not add bleach to them when washing. I keep a diaper pail with Oxiclean, mother will place her soiled panties in, she refuses to wear disposal pullups and they are more expensive in the long run. https://www.weareverincontinence.com

Never heard of this type of panty.  Washable and absorbent too!  Thank you  Cecicando and thanks for the link. 😊👍
