I would love to be comfortable with the depth of the sharing. As we all know our experiences are or will be difficult and different for every one.

I have a habit of sharing TMI !

Cindy

Welcome, Cinders13!

A friendly suggestion: it's best to avoid TMI on any social media. When people can be anonymous they feel very free to be rude and cruel and unforgiving while escaping any consequences for it.

There is a "code of conduct" for this forum (can be found buried on the home page) but it is not strictly or consistently applied. Just a heads up so that you can get the most out of this forum. It IS very helpful and there are mostly wonderful people who participate here.

Cinders, welcome I joined about 6 months ago now, when I was in complete burnout, was careless and fell and ruptured a disk.

Found this forum, lying in bed, on a few prescription pain killers.

I was a mess.

I'm a bit of an over sharer also.

I have learned so much from this forum, support and it feels really good to help others from your experience. I also find it rather therapeutic, I have learned much about myself.

We are not always perfect, sometimes we have bad days and say the wrong thing. It happens, but we try are best.
